Except as noted below, Ragilly (hereinafter referred to as "Proprietary Information") is the exclusive owner of all information, content, material, trademarks, services marks, trade names, and trade secrets contained on the Platform, Services, and Products ("Proprietary Information"). The curated course materials created and published by the Ragilly and offered to you for the purpose of providing the Services to you are among the products of the company, but they are not the only ones.

Without the prior written consent of the Company, no Proprietary Information may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Nothing on the Platform or Services shall be construed as granting to you a licence or any other right, interest, or title to or in any of the intellectual property rights owned by the Company.

The information, content, or materials as well as all proprietary information provided by the Company on any medium shall at all times remain wholly owned by Ragilly.

If you violate any of the provisions of the Policy, Ragilly has the right to immediately suspend or stop the Services that it is providing to you.

In the event that any of the terms of the Policy are broken, you agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Ragilly, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).
