Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve business growth targets of Rs. 5 crore by securing 20 new clients per month.
- Drive 30% growth in monthly recurring revenue (MRR).
- Maintain a 90% client retention rate and increase client satisfaction scores by 85 points.
- Identify 10 upsell/cross-sell opportunities per month with a 75% conversion rate.
- Conduct market research, prospecting calls, follow-up emails, client meetings, and proposal presentations.
- Utilize CRM tools for lead management, progress tracking, and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales.
